Lukla ,is a starting point of Everest trekking if you take flight from Kathmandu. If you have time you will take bus from Kathmandu to Giri and you can do trek a remote mountain airstrip. Solu Khumbu is justifiably famous, not only for its proximity to the world's highest mountain (8848 m.), but also for its Sherpa villages and monasteries. The primary goal of an Everest trek is view of Everest from kalatather which is 5545-meter elevation. You can visit base camp but you cannot see Everest from there, so most trekkers climb only Kala Pattar.
It is high altitude trek so some people can face Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). You mentally and physically prepare to do this trek. This potentially deadly disease, commonly known as altitude sickness, is caused by climbing too quickly to a high elevation. Everest national park is world heritage site. Every step of this trails you will found variety of vegetation. Everest is head quarter of Sherpa community which is famous mountaineering activates in world. You can see excellent view of Everest, Nuptse, pumari Ama Dablam and and other so many beautiful mountain.
This trek pass through Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche Lobuche and Gorak Shep. Normal accommodation and some western food are available in trail you can sleep and eat in local tea house base hotel and lodge.
